Annuleringsvoorwaarden Sloepvrienden

Bij annulering is een percentage van het factuurbedrag verschuldigd, dit bedrag is afhankelijk van het aantal dagen voorafgaand waarop de (definitieve) vaartocht wordt geannuleerd.

Bij annulering na de definitieve bevestiging is de klant te allen tijde verplicht € 25,- (exclusief 21% btw) administratiekosten te betalen. De annulering kan alleen telefonisch. 

Tijdens grote (vaar)evenementen kunnen er afwijkende regels gelden. Die staan dan altijd duidelijk in je offerte of boekingsbevestiging.

Voor open boten geldt dat het wederzijds mogelijk is om te annuleren bij code rood. Dit alleen op de dag van varen zelf. Niet 1 of 2 dagen voor varen op basis van weersvoorspelling.

Sloepvrienden behoudt zich het recht voor om een alternatieve overdekte boot in te zetten in geval van neerslag. De eventuele meerkosten zijn in dit geval voor rekening van Sloepvrienden. Dit geldt uitsluitend voor de alternatieve boten eigendom zijn van Sloepvrienden.

Cancellation policy Sloepvrienden

In the event of cancellation, a percentage of the invoice amount is due, this amount depends on the number of days prior to which the (final) cruise is canceled.

In case of cancellation after final confirmation, the customer is always obliged to pay € 25 (excluding 21% VAT) administration costs. Cancellation can only be made by email. Cancellation within 24 hours by telephone only.

Different rules may apply during major (boating) events. These will always be clearly stated in your quote or booking confirmation.

For open boats, it is mutually possible to cancel when the weather is code red. This only on the day of sailing itself. Not 1 or 2 days before sailing based on weather forecast.

Sloepvrienden reserves the right to use an alternative covered boat in the event of precipitation. In this case, any additional costs will be borne by Sloepvrienden. This only applies to alternative boats owned by Sloepvrienden.
